The vision of 4 MORE Capital Partners was born when we together identified the need for a hands-on operating partner and trusted advisor in German-speaking real estate markets, which required a unique combined skill-set.

I bring international experience in the identification of investment opportunities and value creation.

My skill-set is informed by, among other companies, my experience at Alteris Capital Partners, a pan-European value-oriented JV with The Baupost Group, which adopted a value oriented time-agnostic contrarian investment approach throughout Western Europe.

Karsten and I have a complementary skill set from years of working together. He is a talented asset manager with strong problem-solving skills, communication, and networking abilities, and has an impressive attention to detail. Our collaboration builds the confidence needed in the plat- form we are creating together.

I have 20 years of experience in real estate asset management, starting with solutions for Lone Star’s NPL portfolios in Germany, then investing in German value-add assets for CIT.

In 2010, I co-founded Waterway Investments, a transaction advisor specializing in resolving complex sell-side mandates for sophisticated investors, focusing on secondary and tertiary locations across all property sectors.

I met Patrick as a client in my role as a transaction advisor and was impressed by his analytical skills, energetic attitude, and commitment to excellence and innovation. His honesty, empathy, and practicality make him a responsible and desirable portfolio manager to work with.
